to order a replacement tag you can do so by logging into your account.

once logged in, navigate to the 'pets' tab.

click 'order replacement' under the pet you require a replacement tag for.

when your replacement tag arrives you will need to scan it, login and click on the 'replace this tag' button.

this will override the old tag. now you can place the new tag on your pet's collar.

you can reset your password. simply head over to the login page, type in the email address you used to sign up and we’ll send you an email to reset it.

to cancel your subscription it's simple. just send an email to info@pawtag.com with your full name, email and pet name and we will process the cancellation within 48 hours. we require a return of the tags to process the cancellation.
